When speaking with the agent, indicate what property you are a member at by including the appropriate property prefix below in front of your account number. Example: For a member at Finger Lakes, you would state your account number as FLG followed by the account number.
Property account prefixes: Finger Lakes (FLG), Hamburg (HAM), Mardi Gras (MGC), Wheeling (WIC), Southland (SOU), Gate City (GCC), Daytona/Orange City (DO).
